b>Itinerary
Day 1:Orlando
In the morning, guests will be picked up from the Orlando airport and transfer to their hotel while discussing their travel plan for the next few days. Guests who arrive before 1:00pm can choose to go to the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Those who arrive before 5:00pm have the option of taking an Orlando Night Tour.
Day 2:Orlando (205 miles)
Guests may spend the day at one of the following theme parks: Epcot Center, the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, ,Sea World , Legoland Park or Legoland Water Park.
Or, guests may chose to take a Special One-day tour: Kennedy Space Coast Tour or Gulf Coast of Mexico Tour.
Day 3:Orlando
Guests may spend the day at any of the theme parks or special 1-day tours listed above.
Day 4:Orlando
Today, guests will be able to choose from a number of available options. First, they can choose to take a day-trip to Orlando to see either the Orlando Eye, SeaWorld, or Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Those who choose this option should schedule their departure flights for after 3:00pm. Or they can choose to go outlet shopping at one of the area’s major shopping center. Guests should book flights after 2:00pm. The third option available is to take an exciting helicopter tour over the city of Orlando for a price of $30 per person. Guests should book flights for after 2:00pm. The final option is for guests to add one more day to their itinerary so they can visit another of the theme parks. Guests should book flights for after 5:00pm on the extra day, or 7:00pm if they choose to go to the Kenned Space Center. Please see “Departure and Return” for more detailed information regarding when to schedule flights.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

A mandatory service fees: Minimum $7 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $7 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $28.
Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses
Transportation fee to Legoland and Legoland Water park: $7
Additional Note
Customers can choose theme parks or Special 1-day tours when you arrive at Orlando: Kennedy Tour tour available on Weekdays, Gulf of Mexico Tour available on Weekends, Water Parks available in Summer only (based on the schedule of each park For Orlando 12 Theme Parks not including tickets, and for 2 Special 1-day Tours, not including round-trip fare and tickets. It is recommended that the guests to buy park tickets from tour guide.
For Mexico Bay customs tour, the issue of weather or boat of deep sea fishing will result in the cancellation.
Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Policies
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours
15-30 days or more prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
7-14 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
4-6 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
