Today the bus will pick up passengers in the morning for a tour of New York City. Stops include Wall Street, Madame Tussauds’ Wax Museum, and the Empire State Building.

Philadelphia – Washington D.C. (123 miles)

We will travel to Philadelphia, PA in the morning to see the Liberty BellUS Mint, and Independence Hall. We will then head to Washington, DC to see all of the famous monuments. This is also where we will spend the night.

    Liberty Bell

    The famously cracked Liberty Bell is a sign of American Independence and spirit. Located at Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia, PA, this symbol of the American Revolution was crafted in 1752– more than 250 years ago.

     

    Independence Hall

    One of Philadelphia’s most famous landmarks, Independence Hall in Independence National Historical Park is the location where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated, written, and ratified by the Founding Fathers of the USA.

     

    U.S. Mint

    The United States Mint in Philadelphia, PA was the first mint in the United States, created in 1792 as a way to begin establishing an American economy. Visitors can tour the facility and learn about its history.

Washington DC – Corning – Niagara Falls (430 miles)

We will head north to visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will view the nighttime Illumination of the Falls. Guests can then choose either to stay in the Falls Park for self-exploration or have an in-depth tour that includes visits to the Power Vista and Old Fort Niagara.

Boston – New York (215 miles)

Today we will take a city tour of Boston. Our stops include Trinity ChurchHarvard University, MIT and Massachusetts State House. Then we will take a relaxing Boston Harbor Cruise giving us a breathtaking view of the city from the water. After lunch, we will conclude our tour and head back to New York City, arriving in the evening. See “Departure and Return Details” for pickup and dropoff information.

    Boston is a city as beautiful as it is historically significant. Visitors can walk the Freedom Trail and see where the seeds of the American Revolution were sown or visit the North End and look out over the harbor.

    Harvard University

    One of the most famous institutions of higher learning in the world, Harvard University in Cambridge, MA has been standing since 1636, making it the oldest university in the United States. Tourists come for both history and the architecture.

  • Hotel pricing: Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
  • Travel documents: All customers will be responsible for providing their own travel documents and visa if required.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • City Passes: No City Passes or any other kind of outside promotional offer may be used on this tour. Guests who buy tickets to attractions from elsewhere will not be provided with transportation.
  • Child Seat: Children aged under 8 yrs will have to have car seat to take our tours. Customers will need to prepare car seats themselves, tour operator is not responsible to provide car seats.

  Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. The tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation two days prior to the departure date is required. If you are planning to take flight to join the tour, please call us to confirm the tour before booking flight tickets.

  Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  Terms & Condition

BOOKING AND RESERVATION

  • All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.

SEAT ASSIGNMENT

  • All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY

    • All cancellations or changes of date must comply with the following details:

(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

  • 25% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change more than 14 days before departure (not including departure date).
  • 50% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change within 8 to 14 days before departure date (not including departure date).
  • 75% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change within 4 to 7 days before departure date (not including departure date).
  • Absolutely NO refund (exchangeable) on all cancellations or postponements within 3 days prior to departure (not including departure date).
  • All concert tickets and bus tickets are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  • Passenger must present ticket(s) at time of refund; all refunds will be issued by company check or credit card only. (Absolutely NO cash refund).
    There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

BOARDING TIME AND PLACE

  • All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
  • Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, and attractions opening time, etc.
  • Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes.
  • Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability to such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by us, and this will constitute full settlement with Tour Department.
  • Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All itineraries are subject to change without notice.
  • All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry / exit visa as required by immigration regulation.
  • If passenger has any special request to leave the tour in a certain place during the tour, it is their responsibility to notify tour operator in advance to confirm upon booking the tour.
  • Passenger must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operator is NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
  • Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No life guard on premises, swim at your own risk.
  • Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operator will NOT longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
