Day 1:New York (14 miles)
Today, guests will arrive at one of the there major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA before 3:00pm have the option of joining a tour in Flushing, Queens. Those arriving at EWR before 12:00 can go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall for an additional $10. All who arrive before 4:30pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city.
Flushing, NY This famous and historical New York neighborhood is best known for its flourishing Chinatown area, the second-largest in New York City and the most quickly growing. Today, it is even larger than the Chinatown in Manhattan.

Always Available NYC Night Tour First we will visit Rockefeller Center, before moving on to Times Square, and then our last stop, an observation deck in New Jersey, offers romantic, panoramic views of New York City.
Day 2:New York (226 miles)
We will spend the day touring New York City, seeing all the best sights this metropolis has to offer. We will take a sightseeing cruise to get close to the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. Then, we will go to the USS Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum. In the Financial District, we will visit the New York Stock Exchange, the Charging Bull, Trinity Church, the metropolitan Museum of Art, Times Square, we may visit the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York or the wax museum in Washington D.C. (base on traffic condition), and the Museum of Modern Art. Later, on a bus tour, we will see Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, the United Nations Headquarters, Ground Zero, and the under-construction Freedom Tower.

Day 3:New York – Princeton – Philadelphia – Lancaster – Washington DC (263 miles)
In the morning, we will visit Pricneton, NJ to see the campus of the prestigious Ivy League school, Princeton University. Next, we will depart for historic Philadelphia, PA to visit National Independence Park, where we will see Congress Hall and the Liberty Bell, We will take the most incredible tour in Philadelphia by riding a duck boat if possible. Before leaving Pennsylvania, we will drive to Lancaster, in the heart of Amish Country, where we will visit an Amish Farm and House. We will spend the night in Washington, D.C.

Day 4:Washington DC
Today we’ll visit many of the most iconic landmarks and buildings in the nation’s capital during our visit to Washington D.C., stopping at the Capitol Hill (we’ll even be treated to an inside visit of its hallowed halls if tickets are available), Jefferson, Lincoln, Vietnam War, and Korean War Memorials. Guests will also have the chance to visit Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and take a Boat Tour of the area. These will be half day free time for guests to explore DC at their own.

Always Visit US Capitol The famous United States Capitol is the meeting place of the US Congress, and has been for more than 200 years. The building is famous for its elaborate dome and intricately designed, detailed columns.
Day 5:Washington DC – Corning – Niagara Falls (429 miles)
Driving through the hilly countrysides of Pennsylvania and New York state, we will enjoy the rural scenery as we head north to visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will take the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride (No boat operation in winter), if time is available, guests will have chance to take the impressive and exciting Niagara JETBOAT (JetBoat tour will be closed under tough weather or river icy condition). Then see the Adventure Movie. Guests can then choose either to stay in the Falls Park for self-exploration or have an in-depth tour that includes visits to the Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. At dusk, there will be an exciting Traditional Native American Dance Show, and the night will be ended with the beautiful native singing and the gorgeous traditional dancing!

Day 6:Niagara Falls – Boston (407 miles)
Driving along the Erie Canal in upstate New York, we will continue our journey to Boston, MA. Here, we will tour the campuses of Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After that, we will pass Trinity Church, the Hancock Building, Boston Common, the Public Gardens, the Boston Athenaeum, while overlooking the golden dome of the Massachusetts State House. In the evening, we will enjoy a delicious Lobster Dinner.

Day 7:Boston – New York (215 miles)

Always Visit Quincy Market Quincy Market in the Faneuil Hall marketplace of downtown Boston is a historic building that still serves as a souvenir marketplace and food court today. The area has expanded to include two other marketplace buildings as well.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group. All meals and drinks during the trip. A mandatory service fees: Minimum $8 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Please note the tour depart on Wed and Sat will not visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses. Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you. Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required. Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used

Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days
Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
21-45 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
8-20 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
1-7 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
